​​​​​Brief Description of the Service:

The Capacity Building Service aims to develop national human capabilities in the fields of nuclear and radiological regulatory work. The Authority works to enhance nuclear and radiological safety by focusing on human capacity building and facilitating participation in training programs announced by the Authority.

Service Level Agreement (SLA):

For any inquiries or complaints regarding the service, they can be submitted through the Authority's public Beneficiary Services Portal. They will be forwarded to the relevant department or via the official email of the concerned department. Complaints or inquiries will be addressed within a maximum of 5 working days.


  1. Access the electronic portal "Benaa Platform" via the following link (https://training.nrrc.gov.sa/)
  2. Select the training program.
  3. Fill out the application form.
  4. Attach the required documents.
  5. Agree to the terms and conditions.
  6. Review and submit the application.
  7. A confirmation message is sent to the beneficiary upon submission.
  8. Follow up on the application.
  9. Receive a response (approval or rejection).


  1. The beneficiary must have a National ID (Saudi)
  2. The beneficiary must have a Iqama ID (Non- Saudi)
  3. A passport and complete data registration (for applicants from outside the Kingdom).




  1. ​Curriculum Vitae (CV).
  2. Work approval letter for employees (if required).



Radiation protection workers / those with related specializations.
The duration of the radiation protection training program is 7 weeks according to its date in the year.
