Registration of Unsealed Radioactive Sources

Start Service

​This service enables licensed establishments to register unsealed radioactive sources after their importation or transfer of possession.

  1. ​Log in to the National Nuclear Registry Platform via the National Single Sign-On (NSSO).
  2. Select the “Add Unsealed Radioactive Source” service.
  3. Enter the unsealed radioactive source data and attach the required documents.​


​The establishment must hold a valid radiation practice license.





  1. ​Unsealed radioactive source certificate from the manufacturer.
  2. Importation documents or transfer of possession documents for the unsealed radioactive source.
