Radioactive Sources Export Licensing Service

Start Service

This service allows licensed facilities in Saudi Arabia to request the export of radioactive sources.​

  1. ​Register on the National Nuclear Regulatory Register platform and update all existing radioactive sources.
  2. Submission of the export request via Aman platform.​​



  1. ​The exported radiation sources must comply with all conditions of the practice license.​​
  1. ​The practice license must be valid for at least three months from the date of the application.
  2. Contract with a licensed facility to transport radioactive sources from the benefiting facility to the point of export, with the transport license valid for at least three months from the application date.
  3. The radiation safety officer's license for both the beneficiary and transporting facility must be valid for at least three months from the application date.
  4. A valid copy of the manufacturer's license certified by the competent authority in the country of origin (in English).​​
