Complaints and Suggestions

Start Service

​This service allows users to submit suggestions, feedback, and complaints related to the services provided by the Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Commission.

  1. ​Access the Beneficiary Services Portal.
  2. Log in using the username and password for the National Single Sign-On (NSSO).
  3. Select the “Complaints and Suggestions” service.
  4. Choose the type of complaint or suggestion.
  5. Fill out the complaint/suggestion form.
  6. Attach any supporting documents (optional).
  7. Submit the request.
  8. Rceive a notification with the request number.​

  2. Complete the personal profile on the Beneficiary Services Portal.
