This service allows licensed facilities to update the data of unsealed radioactive sources.

Log in to the National Nuclear Registry Platform via the National Single Sign-On.

Select the unsealed radioactive source to be updated.

Update the information of the unsealed radioactive source and attach the required documents.
The facility must hold a radiation practice license.
Additional documentation required based on the updated information of the unsealed radioactive source.
