National Policy for the Atomic Energy Program
The National Policy for the Atomic Energy Program was issued by the Cabinet Resolution No. (333) dated 25/6/1439H. This policy aims to restrict all national nuclear development activities to peaceful purposes, within the frameworks and rights defined by international laws in the multilateral treaties and agreements to which the Kingdom is a party and adheres. It also includes a full commitment to the principle of transparency in regulatory and operational aspects and emphasizes achieving nuclear safety and security standards in nuclear facilities and radiological practices, within an independent regulatory framework supported by the government. National Occupational Safety and Health Policy
Cabinet Resolution No. 328, dated 13/6/1442H, approved the National Occupational Safety and Health Policy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This policy reflects the Kingdom’s commitment to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all workers across various sectors, in accordance with best international practices, and in alignment with local standards, regulations, treaties, and international agreements.
