This service allows licensed facilities to update the data of sealed radioactive sources.



  1. Log in to the National Nuclear Registry Platform via the National Single Sign-On.

  2. Select the sealed radioactive source to be updated.

  3. Update the radioactive source data and attach any additional documents.

The facility must have a radiation practice license.

Additional documents based on the updated data of the sealed radioactive source.
