  1. Log in to the National Nuclear Registry Platform via the National Single Sign-On.

  2. Select the service for adding a radiation generator.

  3. Enter the radiation generator data and attach the required documents.

The facility must have a radiation practice license.

  1. Certificate of the radiation generator from the manufacturer.

  2. Import or transfer of possession documents for the radiation generator.
