Registration of Sealed Radioactive Sources

Start Service

This service allows the registration of sealed radioactive source data for licensed facilities after their import or transfer of possession The service is provided electronically without the need to visit the Commission’s headquarters.

Log in to the National Nuclear Registry Platform via the National Single Sign-On.
Select the service for adding a sealed radioactive source.
Enter the radioactive source data and attach the required documents.

The facility must have a radiation practice license.

Certificate of the sealed radioactive source from the manufacturer.
Import or transfer of possession documents for the sealed radioactive source.
