Registration of Unsealed Radioactive Sources
This service allows the registration of unsealed radioactive source data for licensed facilities after their import or transfer of possession The service is provided electronically without the need to visit the Commission’s headquarters.
- Log in to the National Nuclear Registry Platform via the National Single Sign-On.
- Select the service for adding an unsealed radioactive source.
- Enter the unsealed radioactive source data and attach the required documents.
- Certificate of the unsealed radioactive source from the manufacturer.
- Import or transfer of possession documents for the unsealed radioactive source.
