The radiation practice license must be valid for no less than three months from the date of application submission.

A contract must be in place with a facility to transport the radioactive sources from the beneficiary facility to the export point. The transporter’s license must also be valid for no less than three months from the date of application submission.

A commitment letter from the manufacturer of the radioactive sources to retrieve the sealed sources after their use. The letter must include the name and address of the beneficiary or receiving facility within the Kingdom, the radioactive source details, and must specify the exact sources to be received. This is in accordance with Article No. (247) of the Radiation Safety Regulations (NRRC-R-01), which states: the supplier is obligated to accept the return of any sealed radioactive sources after their use.

A valid Radiation Protection Officer (RPO) license for both the beneficiary and transporter facilities, valid for no less than three months from the date of application submission.

A copy of the valid license document for the manufacturing company, certified by the competent authority in the country of origin (in English).
