Issuing a Radiation Protection Officer License

Start Service

This service allows users to apply for a new RSO license after successfully passing one of the RPO exams. More details on obtaining a new RPO license can be found by clicking here.

Log in to the Radiation Protection Officer Portal via the National Single Sign-On (NSSO).
Select the “Issue New License” service.
Choose the type of exam.
Attach the required documents.
Submit the application.

Pass the Radiation Protection Officer exam in the relevant radiation practice field.
Hold an academic qualification of at least a bachelor’s degree (a diploma may be considered if it is in the relevant radiation practice field).
