The Customers Services Portal enables users to submit inquiries, requests, notifications, complaints, and   suggestions related to the NRRC's regulatory activities and track their requests until the desired service is  ​obtained.


Portal Services:​

 Inquiries

 Users can submit inquiries related to the tasks and responsibilities of the NRRC, including:

 - Inquiries about licensing of radiological facilities and practices

 - Inquiries about inspections of radiological facilities and practices

 - Technical inquiries about the security and safety of radiological practices

 - Inquiries about licensing for the import, export, transport, and possession of radioactive sources

 - Inquiries regarding the registration of nuclear and radiological information in the National Nuclear Records Platform

 - Inquiries about accounting and monitoring of nuclear materials and nuclear-related items

 - Inquiries about radiation protection officers

 - Inquiries about radiation doses for workers and the work environment

 - Inquiries about fees for licenses issued by the NRRC

 - General inquiries


 Notifications
This service allows users to submit notifications related to the NRRC's tasks and responsibilities, including:

  • Notifications of radiological incidents
  • Notifications of violations
  • General notifications

 Complaints and Suggestions
 This service allows users to submit suggestions, feedback, and complaints related to the services provided by the   NRRC, including:

 - Complaints and suggestions related to licensing services

 - Complaints and suggestions related to radiation protection officer services

 - General complaints and suggestions

 Data Requests​
This service enables users to request data sharing with relevant authorities or individuals.


Service Requirements:

  1. Access the Beneficiary Services Portal via the link: https://nrrc.gov.sa/crm
  2. Log in through the National Unified Access system
  3. Select the desired service​
  4. Complete the form and attach the required documents
  5. Confirm the accuracy of the data
  6. Submit the request



  1. Access the Stakeholder Services Portal
  2. Use NAFATH credentials to log in
  3. Select the required Service
  4. Fill in the Request Form
  5. Attach documents (optional)
  6. Submit the request
  7. Receive a notification confirming the submission of the request
  8. Receive a notification after the request has been processed
