The Supporting Skills Track focuses on developing the professional, behavioral, and knowledge-based competencies required by specialists working in nuclear and radiological fields to support effective regulatory and technical performance. As a cross-cutting track, it complements all technical tracks by strengthening safety and security culture, technical report writing, risk management, regulatory ethics, knowledge management, and organizational learning.

The track aims to build a strong professional foundation that enables participants to perform their regulatory and technical responsibilities in accordance with the principles of governance, integrity, effective communication, and continuous organizational learning, thereby enhancing the quality of performance and the reliability of regulatory decisions.



  • Understand the concepts of safety culture and security culture and their importance in supporting professional conduct and regulatory compliance.
  • Strengthen technical and regulatory report writing skills to produce clear, organized, and evidence-based reports.
  • Understand the principles of risk management in nuclear and radiological activities and their relationship to planning, oversight, and continual improvement.
  • Promote regulatory ethics, including impartiality, confidentiality, integrity, and the avoidance of conflicts of interest.
  • Develop the ability to document and share technical and regulatory knowledge within the organization.
  • Strengthen the concept of organizational learning through the effective use of operational experience and lessons learned to improve regulatory performance
  • Log in to Aman Academy using your user credentials or through the National Single Sign-On (Nafath).
  • Go to the Academy homepage.
  • Browse the available training courses or use the search feature.
  • Select the desired learning path.
  • Review the course details (description, duration, prerequisites, and schedule).
  • Click Register or Enroll in the course.
  • Confirm your registration.
  • Go to My Courses to start the course.
  • Follow the training content and complete the required activities and assessments.
  • View your course results and download your certificate after meeting the course completion requirements.
  • The user must have an active account on the Academy.
  • The user is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
  • Copying, republishing, or distributing the training content without prior authorization is prohibited.
  • Users must comply with the Academy’s approved regulations, instructions, and policies.
