Monika Dobertein, the Scientific Secretary of the Conference from the Incident and Emergency Centre at the International Atomic Energy Agency, emphasized the maturity and diversity of the scientific contributions presented at the conference. She announced that the conference outcomes will be made available soon, with a comprehensive report to be published in 2026.

For the first time, the conference also featured an infographic competition, receiving more than 350 submissions from around the world. Ms. Dobertein noted that this conference achieved a record number of contributions compared to previous IAEA conferences, making it a benchmark that will be difficult to surpass and a challenge for future conferences to match.
