Digital Report Service
The Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Commission announced the activation of the “Digital Report” service, launched by the Digital Government Authority through the “Aamer” Center, as part of its commitment to enhancing communication channels with beneficiaries and empowering them to participate in improving and developing digital services.
The Commission stated that the activation of the “Digital Report” service aims to provide a more seamless and transparent experience in interacting with digital services, by enabling beneficiaries to submit their feedback and suggestions, thereby contributing to improving service quality, accelerating response times, and increasing overall satisfaction.
The service provides three main channels for receiving beneficiary reports: “Submit a Complaint,” to escalate complaints related to digital services in cases where processing times are exceeded or services cannot be delivered; “Transformation Request,” allowing beneficiaries to propose converting traditional services into digital ones; and “Development Suggestion,” for submitting ideas and proposals that help enhance and improve digital services.
The Commission emphasized that this step complements its ongoing efforts to strengthen e-participation and leverage beneficiary feedback and suggestions, supporting service development and efficiency, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, towards delivering innovative digital government services that meet beneficiaries’ expectations.
