​​The Law on Nuclear and Radiological Control​:
The Law of Nuclear and Radiological Control (the Law) was promulgated by Royal Decree No. M/81 of 25/7/1439 AH (10/4/2018 AD). It aims to implement the highest standards of safety, security and nuclear safeguards for activities and facilities, provide adequate protection for human beings and the environment against the harmful effects of ionizing radiation, and to fulfil the Kingdom's obligations under treaties and conventions. The Law on Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage:
The Law of Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage was promulgated by Royal Decree No. M/82 of 25/7/1439 AH (10/4/2018) and is intended to regulate the provisions on compensation for nuclear damage caused by a nuclear accident within the territory of the Kingdom, as well as the accidents occurring outside the Kingdom during transfers to and from the Kingdom for which the operator is responsible. The Statute of the Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Commission (NRRC)​:
The Statute of the Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Commission (NRRC) was promulgated by Decree No. 334 of 25/6/1439 AH (12 /3/ 2018), after being approved by the Council of Ministers. The Charter defined the NRRC's objectives, functions, and terms of reference. Click here to download​.​
